Structured Support for Focused Change

If you’d like a bit of structure, Time-Limited Therapy offers a set number of sessions to focus on what matters most to you — whether that’s working through a specific issue, facing a challenge, or gaining a better understanding of yourself.

People come for many reasons, including bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, low mood, anxiety, or divorce & separation.

 

How many sessions?
It’s completely flexible. Some clients find one session enough to gain clarity, others a few sessions to work through an issue, and some prefer ongoing weekly sessions. Many find around eight to twelve sessions helpful, but there’s no rule — we’ll tailor it to what feels right for you.

Session Details
Each session lasts 50 minutes and can be held in person or online via Zoom. You don’t need a Zoom account — a link will be sent in your confirmation email.
