Structured Support for Focused Change

If you’re looking for something with a bit more structure, but not an open-ended commitment then Time-Limited Therapy offers a set number of sessions which allows us to focus on what’s most important to you. Whether it’s working through a specific issue, challenge, or gaining a better understanding of yourself this approach offers the chance for meaningful change.

These are just a few of the issues that mid-life clients seek help for: bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, low mood, anxiety, or divorce & separation.

For time limited work we meet at the same time each week for between eight and sixteen weeks. Each session lasts for 50 minutes and can be in-person or online via Zoom (you don't need to have a Zoom account as I will send you a link in the confirmation email.)
