Ongoing Therapy

At Your Own Pace, For Deep and Lasting Change

This is great when you need more space to explore as it allows us to take our time.


There’s no rush here and we can work at your pace. We have the opportunity for deeper self-exploration over an extended period, towards you making lasting change.

Ongoing Therapy involves meeting at the same time each week with sessions continuing for as long as we agree. This can last from a few months to a few years.

 

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and can be in-person or online via Zoom (you don't need to have a Zoom account as I will send you a link in the confirmation email.)
