What is Ongoing Therapy?

Ongoing Therapy provides regular, extended sessions to explore issues in depth. This approach allows us to take our time, working at your pace to make meaningful and lasting change.

Who is it for?

This is ideal if you want:

  • Time and space for deeper self-reflection

  • Support through ongoing challenges

  • A consistent therapeutic relationship for lasting growth.

 

How it works.

  • Sessions typically meet weekly, continuing for as long as we agree.

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes and can be conducted in person or online via Zoom.

  • No Zoom account is required — a link is sent in your confirmation email.

 

During sessions, we explore your experiences, patterns, and feelings, working collaboratively to develop insight, resilience, and actionable strategies for change.
