Compassionate Support for All Types of Loss

Specialising in helping those who have experienced a bereavement or non-bereavement loss.

Life can change in an instant, and sometimes the losses we experience — whether from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or shifts in our own identity — can feel overwhelming.

It’s normal to feel as though life has been turned upside down, leaving you with unanswered questions and a deep sense of loss. I’m here to help you navigate through this difficult time and find a way forward.

I specialise in guiding individuals through both bereavement and non-bereavement losses. Loss isn’t always about losing a loved one; it can be the result of any life transition that leaves you feeling like part of yourself is missing.

This could be:

  • Bereavement — the loss of a loved one or pet.

  • Non-bereavement Loss — like the end of a relationship, retirement, or children moving away.

  • Loss of Self or Confidence — due to changes in life roles, health, or physical capabilities.

My approach is gentle yet empowering, offering you the tools to regain a sense of who you are and start building the life you want, at your own pace.

As a person-centered therapist, I believe that you have the capacity for growth, and change. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll explore ways to help you:

  • Move beyond feelings of being “stuck” to find purpose and joy again.

  • Improve your connections with loved ones through deeper understanding and communication.

  • Learn practical strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and low mood.

  • Gain insight into your values and strengths, helping you rebuild confidence and self-identity.
