What is SST?
SST is a focused, time-limited session designed to help you work through a single issue and walk away with clarity or practical steps. The session lasts up to 60 minutes.

Is SST for me?
Sometimes all we need is one conversation to get things moving in the right direction. SST is perfect if you have a specific issue you’d like to focus on, are facing a tough decision, feeling stuck, or looking for guidance.
No long-term commitment is required — just timely and effective support when you need it most.

How can I prepare?
