Rebecca was sympathetic, thoughtful and thought provoking. Her calm manner was very reassuring and allowed me to open up and talk honestly. I am now better able to manage as she has given me the tools that have challenged my negative thinking and shown me I am not ‘stuck’ and that I am able to trust my judgement.
